I woud like something that plays drum sounds in my head when I tap on desks or my body, or my laptop, or whatever. Then I could be exploring rhythmic ideas while working, and have a better answer to “stop ***** tapping!”!

ever since I watched Back to the Future I’ve really wanted a hoverboard!
People have tried, but I want one without wheels that hovers over any surface. Lexus built a magnetically levitating one but it needs a special skate park to work.

but also if money and time weren’t issues I’d like to build a working fusion reactor, we could use it to sort out global warming!

A teleporter would be great so I didn’t have to worry about cramming on trains or buses any more.

A full-proof lie detector test. Would be useful in quite a few situations I think 🙂

Maybe some sort of radar thing that points to where there’s life elsewhere in the universe. It would also have to tell you the distance to them. And maybe how to get there… (am I being a bit too ambitious now?)

A gluten free bread that isn’t shockingly bad! I think I’ve set the bar much lower than the other scientists though
