Question: If you had the chance to change something about your job what will it be?

Sometimes I get slightly annoyed by the rush to get a piece of science research done and published quickly. There are cases where I’d rather take a bit more time to avoid rushing. But I do understand why work has to be finished quickly, since everyone is trying to be the first to discover something new and exciting!
