So we had to wear long trousers and long sleeves while in the exclusion zone, along with sensible precautions like not kicking up too much dirt or taking home bits of plant life. The only real control was that at the edge of the exclusion zone we had to show passports. In the power plant itself we were wearing white coveralls and shoe covers, which isn’t too far from the workwear at a lot of power plants. It’s all there just as a precaution. We were with a specialist tour company so they handled a lot of the organisation for us, as well translating a lot of things for us!
